If you’ve studied our list of tools for understanding why your visitors aren’t converting—or if you’re a client of ours—then you’ll know that for the past four years we’ve been raving about Crazy Egg, and more recently, KISSinsights, both of which are the brainchildren of Neil Patel and Hiten Shah.

Well for the past few months, Neil and Hiten have been clients of ours. (So far, we’ve approximately doubled Crazy Egg’s revenues.) They kindly offered to turn our methodology into one of those beautiful infographics that the KISSmetrics guys create.

I love the way you’ve broken this potentially difficult-to-understand process into bite-sized, easily digested chunks. Thanks for the work in putting this together!

  2. Not really an infographic, but more an article where the bulletpoints/paragraphs are converted into a graphic.
The content – like always on CRE – is excellent, bu check out what really informative infographics look like before you advertise them again.
Thanks and keep up the good work- Merry Xmas!

    Hi Conversion Rate Experts!

I love your Blog. And I got a question especially when it comes to part 2 of the infographic:
Why do you guys not use Twitter or Facebook at all?
And another: is this the reason why you don’t use Disqus or IntenseDebate as a comment system?

Hi. Thanks for the kind words. It’s just a matter of prioritization; we try to focus on doing a small number of things well, and those things haven’t risen to the top of our priorities yet.
