		<description>Clicktale is *not* a movie of what your visitors see - although it is easy to get that impression. It tracks where a visitor&#039;s mouse travels, and then overlays that on a screenshot.
The problem we&#039;ve found is that often this screen shot is completely different to what the user sees. This is because the screen shot doesn&#039;t support things like javascript, Ajax, cookies, POST forms, and user sessions.
For my team it has meant chasing imaginary problems and issues that were never there. Creepy little neighbour indeed!
