I am surprised, that no one mentioned http://www.inspectlet.com/
We used to use Usabiliia then we switched over to Inspectlet simply because they offer much more and is much cheaper.

Try Orpheus Tools. I use it to record visitors on mysite – mouse movements, scroll movements, clicks and everything else. It is totally free unless other similar services and it works really well. It appears to be in beta but I couldn’t find any faults – reliable click / attention heatmaps and analytics too..

Clicktale is *not* a movie of what your visitors see – although it is easy to get that impression. It tracks where a visitor’s mouse travels, and then overlays that on a screenshot.

The problem we’ve found is that often this screen shot is completely different to what the user sees. This is because the screen shot doesn’t support things like javascript, Ajax, cookies, POST forms, and user sessions.

For my team it has meant chasing imaginary problems and issues that were never there. Creepy little neighbour indeed!
